Linda Miller, Broker and Owner at Linda Miller Real Estate on Scenic Highway 30A in Northwest Florida, has been a brand alliance partner with the luxury lifestyle publication, VIE Magazine for over 10 years, but she had never graced the cover. For reference, VIE magazine sets itself apart as a high-gloss publication that focuses on human-interest stories with heart and soul. From Seattle to NYC with a concentration in the Southeast, VIE is known for its unique editorial approach—a broad spectrum of deep content with rich photography. With a total reach of 1.74 MILLION+ monthly, we felt this was the perfect opportunity to take the campaign for 47 Hinton Drive, Seagrove Beach, Florida, to the next level.
Listed at $12,500,000, the campaign that Ellie Scott conceptualized, planned, and executed included an 8 page Cover Story dedicated to the home and Linda Miller’s brokerage. This was a turning point in Linda’s marketing reach as the cover was distributed online, on Amazon Kindle, and sold in newsstands across the United States, including in Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million. Considering that this is only 1 of the MANY outlets used during this campaign, we feel that it is safe to say that 47 Hinton Drive became the entire nation’s dream beach house that summer. The view off of the elevated pool deck is truly what coastal dreams are made of.
To market this exceptional property, we used a variety of strategies across multiple platforms to ensure a diverse audience and broad reach. On social media, the platforms that were utilized during our campaign include Facebook (posts + stories), Twitter (posts), Instagram (posts, stories, IGTV, and reels), YouTube (video), Pinterest (pins + story pins), and LinkedIn (posts). In addition to the 8-page cover story, in print we advertised this Gulf Front Estate with an additional 2 page spread in VIE Magazine and in Luxury Home Magazine (Nashville & Emerald Coast). We exercised Linda’s prestigious connection to the Luxury Real Estate network to also feature 47 Hinton Drive in the Wall Street Journal.
